- Full refund any time before I send the deliverable. Once it is in your inbox it is yours, so if you change your mind, say so and the money goes back.

- Reschedule free, as many times as you need. Full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the slot.

- Full refund up to five business days out. Inside five days it is half, because the day is already blocked off.
- Retainers
- Month to month. Cancel any time and the next month does not bill. The month already in progress is not refunded.
